We had a weekend getaway to this hotel. The luxurious rooms were clean with crisp linens and comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile. The hotel’s pools were definitely a highlight - both indoor and outdoor, with plenty of space to relax and swim. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located near popular attractions and restaurants.
The hotel lacked variety in dining options and the food was overpriced. the building showed wear and tear with scratches and marks on the furniture.

Great pool, good location, spacious rooms and a good enough breakfast.
The old rooms, the squeaky floor.

We had a wonderful stay at this place, close to some favorite spots like Promthep Cape, with a pool bar on-site.

Liked the size of the rooms
The chef at breakfast wasn't very happy. Needs to work on his customer service! Service at breakfast not too good - had to ask for tea and coffee most mornings. Thought would be able to get to main pool without getting out of access pool. Should be a bridge to swim under. Definately not a new hotel

Breakfast is monotonous

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the surrounding hills. The bathroom was excellent, with a hot shower that was very refreshing. The hotel restaurant had a good selection of healthy food, and the staff were happy to cook eggs to order. The pool was fantastic, and we loved that we could access it directly from our room. The wifi was also great, and we enjoyed the self-service breakfast with a variety of options. The location of this hotel was perfect, as it was close enough to restaurants and bars but still far away enough to be quiet.
We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

Big s/pool unlike any hotels. Very relaxing and great back to nature view.
The WIFI is unreliable and connection is disrupted many times. Also staff did not know whether my booking via Booked.net is already charged to my Visa or just a gaurantee.

The swim out from our room was a real bonus and we used it a lot. No need to go to main resort pool.Last week of low season so resort was very quiet as all the Europeans had not yet arrived. It was very peaceful but food choices in hotel were limited due to seasonal closure.

Located in a quiet area, this hotel is fairly close to the beach and taxi rank outside the arrivals terminal. the rooms are clean and spacious with large bathrooms. Guests can enjoy a great breakfast in the morning and relax in the huge pool. the resort offers beautiful furniture and interior with modern amenities.
The hotel has been reviewed as having rude staff members who do not provide efficient service to guests seeking assistance.

The Hotel can offer good stay, but on arrival they offer no Transfer collection and demand extra money 450Baht - Small but principle matter. Then they provide incorrect room. They stayted that the room book is with pool attached to main pool, room with Kingsize Bed was ordered. When they could not provide this room , they provide us with a room with pool attachment far away from main pool area, bath with Yets but not working, I wil not use this hotel again.
The staff could not speak English. Not enough entaertainment for a 4 star hotel. This hotel should be rated 3 star.

It was my second time there and I really recommend the hotel. It is not very close to the beach, but I like to walk and it was perfect for me. Anyway, they provide shuttle bus service to the beach.

We loved the large pool and how easy it was to access from our room. The staff was attentive and accommodating, even providing vegan food options upon request. The location was also great, with regular shuttles to the nearby beach and plenty of local amenities.
No issues.
